A little suffering is good for the soul, I hear. But that’s way more suffering than I’d care to endure.

Yes, nothing like making someone do something they hate to bond. I know this is a comic, but I will never, never understand why people do this. Why doesn’t she go with her sister?

Geez, why doesn’t she leave that man alone? He takes her to the fabric store, now to a craft fair which he obviously doesn’t like to do.

I was just about to say, Barb, that Earl seems pretty much able to give what he gets.

I do sympathize with Earl, but I think Opal is afraid he is getting clogged arteries bonded to the chair all the time.

Opal is insecure. Lol, Earl at a craft fair? Who knows he might see something he likes. He should like the food. Maybe Earl will find a hobby building bird houses or making belts.
