“Most Expressive” = High-grade disruptive outbursts; tantrums and/or giggling fits, uses ‘Outdoor Voice’ indoors

“Most Gregarious” = Low-grade disruptive outbursts; talks through lessons and naptime

“Most Studious” = Won’t go to recess because has no friends

“Most Independent” = Won’t follow directions

“Most Creative” = Can’t follow directions

“Most Imagination” = Never finishes an assignment, having spent the classtime gazing out the window; bodily present, but the mind is playing hooky

“Most Self-Esteem” = Bullies all the other children

“Most Considerate” = Natural prey of “Most Self-Esteem”

“Most Helpful” = Shamelessly sucks up to teacher

“Most Popular” = Shamelessly sucks up to classmates

“Most Special” = Everyone else. Nobody leaves empty-handed, and 4 year-olds don’t understand that a ‘superlative’ implies there can be only one; also known as “The Kevin”

“Perfect Attendance” = Child’s mother has run out of patience as well; sent to school no matter how sick

Ribbons and Ritalin for all the winners!
