In the storage section of my local library I found two books with collections of stories featuring Palmer Cox’s Brownies. They are a delight to read and the pen and ink drawings are amazing. For some reason, because the verse does rhyme, I find myself reading them out loud.By the way, Mr. Cox’s Brownie stories were so popular that Kodak named their one dollar, every man can afford and figure out how to use it camera, after them….the Bownie!
