Repeating from yesterday: For all the complainers about the script being too small to read: try it in Google Chrome at 125% then hit the strip’s magnifying glass. If that’s still too small for ya then expand to 150%. Very readable and clear with no noticeable blurring. (Thanks for the support tedsini.)
Safari magnifies with a double-right-click. (Toggles back to normal with another double-right-click.) You can also do incremental magnifications with command-[+] and command-[-].
Sorry folks, but I’m not going to go to extremes to read a comic. If this wonderful old strip can’t be magnified by the MG already there, I will have to take it off my list. I refuse to strain my eyes any further as they aren’t getting any younger.

Very cute. I’m enjoying this strip because of the glimpse into an earlier time.

The print quality is awful. And the humor leaves something to be desired?

If you can’t read it here, look forSkippy Vol. 1: Complete Dailies 1925-1927being released later this year by IDW.
I understand the color Sunday strips will be released in a separate volume.

It’s not that everyone had better eyesight in those days — it’s that strips were printed much bigger.
