    I agree with the anonymous wit who said " I prefer butter to margarine. I trust cows more than chemists".

    Butter is much healthier, especially when made with raw milk. It has not been bastardized by man refining what God made correct from the beginning.

    When they announced that margarine was “just as bad for you” as butter, I switched to butter. It tastes better.

    Jen: Pasteurization is not to change what God put there, but to counter the pollutants that humans added. Very little goes from cow to churn without any exposure to air or contaminated tubing.,It is amazing how some people can tell to which carbon atom a hydrogen atom is attached when the molecules are otherwise identical.

    Grass fed, on pasture, whole milk, home churned butter. It never lasts long enough to go bad! I Gar-on-tee! It is only those who cannot, or choose not to do for themselves, that have high school science experiments going on in their refrigerators. That’s what the media “talking heads” blast out 24/7 to get people to fear that which is natural.
