    Escarole is a curly versatile and tasty salad green and Escarole is a variety of endive whose leaves are broader, paler and less bitter than other members of the endive family

    Templo—no, that’s escargot, and it’s French. XD. Escarole is a type of endive. C: I don’t really like it, myself. Cannolis are good, though.
