I believe 7 is “Independence Day.” Unless someone definitively identifies it as something else, that’s what I’m sticking with.
I thought 6 was a Klingon, but you’re probably right. Not having seen “Battlefield Earth”, though, that would have gone right by me anyway.
5 should properly be “Mars Attacks!”
(But come on, Bixby! Marvin was a far more dangerous alien than a Navi, or pretty much any of these others; as Doc says, he was going to blow up the Earth, and had the ability to do it. The illudium q-36 space modulator is like a hand-held Death Star. Marvin simply had a more formidable adversary to deal with than any of these others.)
Looking it up, it’s apparent that they had tentacles (in addition to arms, not in place of them). They might more accurately be called “tendrils”. I didn’t remember that either, though; it was the head crest that tipped me off, and the backwards-pointing feet.

Some of the aliens are dangerous in and of themselves, of course, and some are dangerous because of the technology at their command. (Some are both.) The “prawns” of District 9 and the Navi of Pandora are both physically somewhat more imposing than humans, but they’re not nearly the threats that the Giger-aliens are. The Martians in “Mars Attack!” actually seem pretty wimpy, if you take away their guns, although I don’t remember the movie well (nor particularly fondly).
If I were in charge of Ham Hock’s parade, I would have included Experiment 626 from “Lilo & Stitch”; he was made for to be absolutely unstoppable, and when his destructive programming kicks in he’s irresistibly drawn to large cities, where he will back up sewers, reverse street signs, and steal everyone’s left shoe. He’s an abomination, but only a little one. (He’s also cute and fluffy!)
Panel 4 identified as a “prawn” from District 9 has some similarities to the Ood, aliens that make their first appearance in the Dr. Who episode The Impossible Planet. I’m not familiar with District 9.
