Clayton: What's in it? Adam: Oh, I'm sorry. Did I say it was my "public knowledge" recipe? Besides, if I told you, you'd be in mortal danger. Recipe spies are always lurking...watching... Clayton: Seriously? Adam: Heck, yes. I saw a KFC guy in the hydrangeas not five minutes ago.

Many years ago a local supermarket would grill chicken in an area of the parking lot every Saturday. It was a lemon flavored sauce they used and it was great. I wish I had the recipe. They are long gone.

It has been said that “women cook, men grill”. And I think that most people would agree that women do the majority of the cooking in the kitchen and men do the majority of the grilling outside. But why is that? Women can grill just as well as men, maybe better. Some say that for men grilling is primal, that they get an adrenaline, testosterone rush. That may be true but I think that women are smarter about it. They will stroke a man’s ego, praising his grilling skills and reap the reward of not cooking in the kitchen.

I don’t think my husband ever grilled anything……….ever!He helps with getting the charcoal started and all, but never wanted to actually do the cookin’. I don’t mind at all, since I love cooking and love everything BBQ!
