    I love anything burnt. Popcorn, toast, fries, the cheese that melts out into the pan when you make a reuben or a toasted cheese sandwich. I also like my Hazelnut latte to taste burnt, if it’s too sweet I send it back.

    I smoking meat, what may look like burnt is , is called “bark” and is a desired trait. My favorite cuts are always the end slices. But I don’t like when mesquite is used. To me it is barking up the wrong tree.
