She must have a HUGE yard to get 4000 steps in 9 or 10 circuits. I have a fitbit and do a 3 mile walk every night and that’s about 6000 steps.

Opal, the idea is that you wait for tomorrow and tell people that you walked “about 10,000” steps. An accomplice will always rat out on you.

After a tough day with a lot of driving and not enough time to walk, my son gave his to his 4-yr-old daughter and sent her out to the trampoline. Made his goal and she had a blast!
