More reliable than the computer spellcheck – which will offer you words that don’t even remotely look like the word you were trying to spell (???).
Luckily, I have been blessed with a good ability at spelling so I usually don’t have to rely on ‘spell check’ or the good ole’ ’Webster’s’. Does that ‘de-classify’ me as a ‘Plugger’ ???>
I still use mine.
Bought one a couple of years ago at a yard sale for a dollar. Comes in handy.
My Scrabble dictionary is that big. You would be surprised at some of the words in it.
I have one that weighs at least 20 pounds.
If a word is misspelled in a dictionary, how would we ever know?
Mine weighed 150 pounds till I got my computer and iPad. It’s called “My Husband”!
