1. He singled out Israel for special favors. He made them a promise (through Abraham) in Genesis 12:3. "I will bless those who bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

2. The Bible gives many examples that tell me to ask God to bless not only countries but people and their endeavors.the Sermon on the Mount is just one example. Matthew 5:3-12 being one example. 1 Timothy 2:1-6 is another example.-———Have a joyful day my friend.

I have been to Blackpool 3 times. Not an ideal holiday destination but I enjoyed it there.

It’s more suited for a day trip though.

I went on a tourist fishing trip out from San Diego many years ago. We were supposed to be fishing for Yellow-tail Tuna (using rental gear). Nobody out of about 20 of us caught a Tuna, but I did catch a duck!
