I put pea in falafel and it’s pretty good. Pea is kinda sweet though, might clash with the savory tones of traditional guacamole, but other moles might benefit.

NY Times recipe put peas in guacamole. When Obama was asked about it, he said, I don’t think so. Yuch. That food writer needs to visit LA.

I can’t stand canned green peas as a veggie dish. Fresh frozen are tolerable
