I still carry the memories of my friends I served with, RIP, my friends. Thank you so much guys…………

My uncle Joe’s remains are still lost somewhere in Korea. We do however have a really nice letter from the Army and witness statments of how he died on a forced march and was dumped in a ditch.

Thanks to all who made the ultimate sacrifice. I hope we don’t abuse the privilege.

I recently read two books on the Bataan Death March, both of which were very good, and moving. Thank you for your service, and I’m sorry for what you suffered. And a big BOO and HISS for ‘Dugout Doug’….

Joe, your comment reminded me of that segment of Hee Haw where they saluted small towns and everyone just said the single word “Salute!”

Vietnam era veteran, but I went to Panama where we tested stuff in the tropics before you guys used it.
