Heart of the City by Steenz for June 18, 2010

I just turn 26 a few weeks ago, and I had a chipotle 1/3-pound. hamburger, large fries, large lemonade and an M&M McFlurry at my Wal-Mart’s McDonald’s before going to the grocery store where I intern down the way. Boy, did I have some heartburn and some brain freeze!

I used to cook at a McDonald’s. Dean’s parents should be reported for child abuse.

That said, Dean and Heart are not sedetary so they can eat more foods they like without worry. It is sometimes more damaging to a child’s health when we project adult concerns on to them.

I am on fenofibrate… :)

McDonalds and all other fast food is dangerous but only if you go there every single day or more than that. Otherwise, if you eat good the other six days and exercise, there’s no damage or harm done. People think they can eat healthy and sit on the butts playing on Play Station or texting and not gain weight or develop health problems
