Where The Wild Things Are Where The Boring Kid Sits
Would you read that wild thing’s book? I think Petey Otterloop of “Cul de Sac” would.
Lio is boring?
Hey! Our Lio is surely not boring! That book is not believable! Wild Thing, you should find another book to read, like Where the Amazing Kid Sits!
I once heard Sendak speak and he said that the Wild Things were based on his Jewish relatives. The blue one with horns was always my favorite.
any kid reading “Where the Wild Things Are” is not boring, but esp. not Lio!
I see now.
I had a copy of that book for over twenty years, but it got damaged somehow. The story still holds up, as my mom, who works in childcare, still reads this story to her 3yr old class.
Very cool.
anybody see the movie? i thought it was very good, but really really not meant for children
“How Not to Be Seen” by M. Python.
Hey Lio, come back, please, to where the Wild Things are, bait bait bait.
