Agnes, you have to plug it in. Just don’t try to go too high without an extension cord.
Maybe you have to block the exhaust port in the back, before you turn it on, so it inflates, and floats up into the air.
Be sure to wear eye protection and stand well back when you try it.
Maybe behind a fence.
On second thought…. maybe don’t try it.
Hasn’t floated yet? That sucks.
I’ve had some experience with these sorts of anti-gravitational devices. Ask people to use one and they just sort of float away.
