I would rather have an inspired loving teacher teaching my child in the shade of a saguaro cactus than a non-caring high paid teacher in first class facilities with a pitifully over paid bloated administration backed up by bloated state and federal education departments.
A ditch digger can do a good job whether he likes the job or not but only an inspired loving teacher can educate children.
