The stock barns at the Cornell University veterinary school are heated during the winter with “captured” cow methane, which is (obviously) repurposed. I sometimes wonder just how they capture the methane emissions. Still, free heat mostly, and not just non-polluting but pollution stopping as well.

I guess it’s good, then, when someone breaks wind and fills my sails so I’m not becalmed, only enlivened. Otherwise, I’d feel knackered.
