Sitting here at the computer (yeah, NOT a laptop), I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to mute the TV with the digital phone (yesss, a landline) as I’m trying to answer the remote. VERY confusing ‘cuz, y’know, same buttons, different functions. ;-)

recently our land line rang but i couldn’t find a phone in time. turn out my wife took the phone and left her cell phone at home…
