    We could do worse than Emporer Norton. So far the Government’s biggest accomplishment has been to rename MMS to the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Resource, and Enforcement.

    Nice to see the Emperor making a state visit to my old hometown. Good musings on the Doctor, also- I’ve always figured that he takes a more than fatherly interest in his female companions even though it’s rarely acknowledged. Good luck with the gig!

    Good article, Pab. I noticed, in particular, the grammar. You changed the content of maxims to reflect proper verb tenses without losing the impact. Really nice work at SFU.
