    Lewreader:

    PETA folks are way over the top stupid , clueless and perhaps insane.

    However when they are put to human use (food, medical research etc.) animals still deserve humane treatment and respect. Non-human animals deserve intelligent, thoughtful and informed advocacy.

    And yes, PETA fails utterly at this.

    If the rat is alive, then the experiment must have worked. The only side effect is that she’ll have to chew on wiring to keep her front teeth trimmed down
