I’m more worried about the non threatening silent type, than the loud out burst threatening type, why? because many people get loud and outburst as a way to let off steam so they don’t go beyond that…the quiet type is holding it all in and just goes nuclear someday when everyone least expects it.
Having in years past been a volunteer for the local Anger management course (teachers assistant) 80% of the people in there fit the quiet, he/she would never do that where only 20% were the loud violent type.

They take you more seriously when you don’t have a violent outburst, but threaten physical harm.
