Don’t do that. Salt the seeds while still wet, then poor over, then poor on caramelized sugar, and let sit. Candied pumpkin seeds… Hopefully the kids won’t tepee my house this year.
My local grocery carries bulk pepitas, so I’m never forced to disembowel a gourd.
