I have made (and eaten) Welsh Rarebit quite a few times. It’s delicious! But every time I eat it, I turn into a cartoon character and have some horrible experience. McCay was correct about its dire qualities.

I just made some delicious Welsh Rarebit this morning. Had it over an eggs benedict. Let come what dreams may come!
