Only in a cartoon world can a dog do that.

Poncho is now a role model (or roll model) for all dogs. Take that, all you who challenge his dogworthyness. However, I do not see how he will be an effective chaperone.

I notice that Droolia is not being shown with her hind end, where she has had a docked tail in earlier strips. My avatar is my quiet protest to Gilligan to point out that Bull Mastiffs do not have their tails docked. For my male, it would be like docking the tail of a kangaroo! I still think a great arc could be built on restoring Droolia’s tail!

My sister had a basset hound who once managed to get a cooling 5 lb meatloaf pulled off the kitchen counter. It landed right side up, and Maggie proceeded to eat the entire 5 lb meatloaf. Left nothing but the pan, licked clean, in the middle of the kitchen floor. Had absolutely no side effects and was back for her breakfast the next morning! Amazing dog.

One look at you should put all thoughts of ‘defiling’ out of Droolia’s mind, Poncho …

How much pleasure can one get from stuffing an unchewed meal done one’s throat? Poo Poo, you are not going to get one ounce of support from Poncho…he is incapable.
