Adam: The secret to a truly great chili is pickle juice and some sriracha sauce. And a dash of vinegar...some mexican chocolate...a bit of chopped-up bacon... A couple of ancho chiles...a sprig of mint...the juice of two limes... Clayton: That's a lot of secrets. Adam: The important one is to have no idea what you're doing.

I like the heat of Sriracha but hate the taste. I made my own habenero hot sauce this year and gave some out. I found that I’m not the only one, people like mine because it has heat and no overwhelming taste.

I made enough Chili a few weeks ago, and froze it in single servings…………..had to have it last night because of Adam and Laura’s duel…………….The flavors sure increase with “age”. Love it!

The only one of those ingredients I’d use would be the bacon.
