The occupants don’t know they’re there, and the relatives already got the benefit of them when they paid for them and left them. Shame to just let them wilt. Last year, he got Joy a real nice birthday arrangement that way, Got a little candle for her cake, too. He’s got his technique down and everything. He simply grabs the flowers and walks out backwards so he can instantly step forward and appear to be bringing them, should anyone approach. It’s this level of thinking that made him management material.
