Ah, I see that Chicago politics is using a leaf from Unicorn Book of Political Procedure — UniBooPP.

I remember hearing about a simple solution to the problem of everyone voting for themselves. Each voter is allowed to cast two votes, and one of them must be for a different candidate. This cancels out the effects of the self-voting and shows you who would really win a fair election.

I think Marigold looks cute with those glasses.
