The guy with the Pay Pal sign is probably selling sporting shoes and apparel on the side, while spamming gocomics on a daily basis.

I dont know where Wiley gets it, but he is a genius. Those signs the doomsday prophets are holding up are like posts on twitter and the guy in the back is a google ad advertising a service for a fee, the precedent to pay pall.

Wiley is a genius; and this cartoon shows it off well. Too many nuances to comment on any in particular; but just a particularly innovative imaginative illustration!

If there isn’t a T-shirt out there somewhere that reads “Oh yeah?!”, I’m going to have to have one printed up.

Note that the guy who says tomorrow is doomsday is the one who got up in the morning and put the bow in his beard - sprucing up for the last day.

Mr. Wiley is making fun of all us commenters, but if wouldn’t be fun if we all agreed with each other. I don’t allow politics to be discussed in my home, but enjoy the give and take here. Also I am impressed with the degree of intelligence outside of politics that pops up here.

Oh, and I believe in 2012. If we’re fairly careful, most of us will see it, and 2013 too! Some Mayans may have to put up another calendar, but we do that every year around here…
