Seriously though, I saw a article headline on the ol’ Interweb the other day that said (paraphrased) "Possible link between toast and cancer " . I had to click on it and scanned over it. In the article, it was described the offending chemical reaction that was suspect, however, it did state that no study has confirmed it. An obvious panic headline, but it made me look.I have often said on here, generally tongue in cheek, that we should just stop eating and breathing so we won’t die of cancer.
dkramConsidering (a) the amount of pollution in the world, and (b) the way everything connects to everything else, there is a significant amount of truth in that statement.
I used to sell asbestos paper in my stores. Not a lot of it, but I guess I handled the product without too much thought or concern. I’m really not sure what all the concern is about;

She could also drink alcohol or walk out in the sunlight. Both have the same IARC rating as processed meats.
Red meat in general is a lower hazard rating, equal to coffee.
