On Sunday night I made a batch of Manhattan style clam chowder.I dumped two cans of tomato sauce, two cans of minced clams, a bottle of clam juice, cut up spuds, carrots, celery, a red bell pepper and assorted seasonings into the crock pot and let it simmer on high for about four hours.(No onions though. I hate them.)
