Bob Ross is awesome and I don’t even paint! I would love to try it out though!

I have always thought that Bob spent just a little too much time around turpentine.

I used to look forward to watching Bob do his 30 minute paintings every week. I still catch the reruns on PBS every once in a while. There used to be a guy who did wood work with 17th/18th century tools that was good

He got interested in painting while in the military. It was such a big contrast to how he had to live his life while he served our country.

I’ve tried to do some that were similar to his works. And to a point they did look like his.Problem nowadays, is the type of paints I used to use. Now cost at least ten dollars a tube. and that is the average size tubes.

A real Bob Ross quote: “Looky there, a crooked tree..we’ll send him to Washington.”

I never painted but I loved watching Bob Ross’ program. It was just so relaxing and peaceful.

(tap, tap, tap…) We don’t make mistakes… (tap, tap, tap…) we just have happy, little accidents. (tap, tap, tap…) Oops, too much titanium white. (tap, tap, tap…) Well, we’ll just make a happy, little snowdrift… (tap, tap, tap…) right over here… (tap, tap, tap…) on top of this car…A Baltimore DJ, doing a Bob Ross impersonation, right after the Baltimore area had been buried under three feet of snow about 15 years ago.
