Commercialization (and anticipation) of Christmas is 2 1/2 months (or more). Christmas is 12 days, or maybe 1 1/2 month if you go to February 2. But it doesn’t start until December 25 (eve of the 24th, by secular reckoning)

Christmas is 12 days long (whence the song “The 12 Days of Christmas”). It’s the overcommercialization that lasts forever.
