Beth, there are “Two Men and a Truck” out here, but I had to borrow money from a friend just to pay the deposit and rent on the new place. I also had to pay rent on the old place and had the last instalment payment on my surgery this month. I came up with rent at old place and deposit but even though the rent at new place was prorated, it was more than I had. I have $40 left over for groceries this month, so I will be fine. Just can’t afford to pay for moving help. Thank goodness for friends that are strong and have access to trailers. After Gweedo gets back in January, a friend is going to borrow a 12 ft. covered trailer to move the big/heavy stuff. Until then, I will work on moving boxes and stuff. My current landlady did tell me that I won’t have to pay January rent. That will help. I also am in-between medical bills right now. I guess that makes this the perfect time to move.Have doctor’s appointment this morning and hope he will have good news about the pain and what I should do about Physical Therapy. Keep your fingers crossed and thinking good thoughts.

I only get on in the morning (east coast time) so I find out about things a day late. Happy belated birthday to QueenofAmerica, who has helped me out on this “forum”, and to Dry and Dusty. I fear Wet and Soggy has either suffered a stroke or crossed the rainbow bridge to join Linda. Either way, she may no longer be able to post comments.

My current Feline Overlord, Misty, has been with me two years today. And as we know she was born in December, but not the actual date, today is also her ‘Official’ Birthday, she is six.

All our kitties should be spoiled! Koji, my cousin’s foster, hasn’t had his eyelid surgery yet, but it should be soon, as he’s grown big enough for them to do it.

The next wave of storms is coming in tomorrow morning.I have the day off so I’m hoping that i can find the time to get someplace and watch some of it.The sea wall in Depoe Bay is always a good bet for a good show.High enough to be safe. Two spouting horns. And an unobstructed view of the ocean.
