Myth, the stats compare jobs that men typically take bc they are dangerous or require a certain degree most woman don’t care for, and compare that to jobs women more typically do. Women make less bc they go for jobs that pay less.I work a civilian govt job, been ther 10 years. EVERY woman who does my job makes EXACTLY the same as me.I’ve never had a job in 40 years that was different. Women always make exactly what I made doing the same job at the same years experience.
