At a buffet once, I filled my plate with what I thought was a nice array of different vegetable salads, a spoonful of each, just for the novelty of having that many different tastes. And then they all tasted exactly the same, even with the different vegetables, overcooked and soaked in a vinegar-based whatever. Highly disappointing.
