After he returns them, they will be making a run to the Dollar Dump store to complain about the bags that mysteriously split their bottom seams after only one use.
They were disappointed that he actually liked them bringing the leaves back. They won’t make that mistake again. Burl, he’s going to add the leaves to his mulch pile, not the actual bags. I have a mulching mower and don’t have to rake.
I rescue bags of pine straw to mulch in my flower beds. Lots of pine trees in the area and folks rake it up and throw it away. It makes great mulch, especially around the azaleas.

The Pennys absolutely hate doing a favor by accident,
especially when they were after revenge.
Wait till Dan thanks them again when they take back their bags.
Burl’s head will pop open and blow steam.
Joy’s sweatshirt is meant to be a joke…
but the funny thing is we had the real thing here:
a thrift shop run by the local garbage company,
selling mostly items salvaged from the county dump….
oops, excuse me, landfill… and recycling yard.
As thrift shops go, it was actually a good one.
Amazing what people throw away!
It closed about a year ago…. or at least, moved back out to the landfill site…
but I think it kept the name…. “Garbage Reincarnation.”
