We eat out for Thanksgiving and travel for Christmas. I’m done making free meals for my in-laws. Last year she pulled the “This may be your father’s last Thanksgiving.” Not only is he still alive, but he didn’t even come to dinner at my brother-in-law’s. (We still went out.)

The only thing Dale and Marlene hate more than brined turkey is having to buy and make their own. Set their plates up!

For those who don’t want the turkey, I suggest they have Spam on a shingle for them. Maybe that Pumpkin Spice flavor Spam.

I always brine my turkey. Doesn’t dry out and don’t have to baste it.
