I still remember that when I moved into this place…. many years ago now… the previous owner had removed every single light bulb … even the low wattage ones over the stove and sink…
except for the 25 watt one inside the fridge.
She’d also taken the paper towels from the kitchen and the half finished toilet paper roll, which had both been in their holders when I did a final walk-through the day before.
Burl’s having difficulty getting the batteries out because they have corroded, but he thinks that they might have a little more life left in them. Can’t have anyone else listening to a few minutes of radio on Burl’s dime.
