Dottie: Want to go for a ride? First, we'll stop at the Doctor's office for me. Then the drugstore for me. Then the pet store for dog food, chewies, yum yums and liver bits. Marmaduke: Woof! Woof woof! Dottie: And last but not least... for you... the vet... I thought you wanted to go for a ride? Dog Gone Funny: Naples, FL. Charles and Elbona Haskell had two Yorkies, Kuki and Muphin. Charles would take them fishing and they would stare at the plug. If Charles didn't get a strike, Kuki would grab the pole and shake it! pole and shake it! She never got a strike...but she tried.

Actually, the part about the trip to the pet store to load up on all of his favorite treats should have tipped him off that something was up before Dottie even said the V-word.
