    Usually, any restaurant this good will have some loaner glasses for you.

    It’s usually white for chicken/fish/seafood and red to go with wild game (including wild fowl)pork/beef. Although a lighter red like a Pinot Noir is okay with chicken. But hey, rules were made to be broken! :)

    We drink whatever is open. Not expensive but not cheap. We learned the middle class ones are better. White or red both are good to cool with also.And JOE He won’t admit to the server about his eyes.
