They didn’t buy that 50 gallon can of tomatoes because they had money to burn.

Try for fresh, unprocessed food first…. local can come later.

Organic when the school gets a huge endowment.

If there’s room on the grounds…. plant a garden that you students will maintain.

That project has helped some schools do better.
