Hmm? The Wise Ram went to the M.V.D. and came back with more then the title to his new goat cart?

Give it up, Rory—an old grumpy goat needs more advice than a cute little lamb any day.

seems as though rory is the only one who goes to the wise old ram for advice, maybe rory should try going to the library instead

Aw Ralph, why didn’t you let the old goat finish? “One is the loneliest number..”

Rory, you are lucky. That number dispenser was easy to find; not like some supermarkets where they hide them and people stand around like stale ones waiting to be served.

The Barn addicts: doncha just love it when you find the number dispenser but can’t get to it because bunches of lazy shoppers grab a number and then prop there, trolleys, screaming kids and all.

Reminds me of a time I was in a DMV in a small town in the Shenandoah Valley (Virginia) When I walked in, there were 2 clerks behind the counter. One was helping the only other person in the place, so I walked up to the information desk where the second clerk was standing. She said I had to take a number. I did, and sat down to wait. The same clerk put out a closed sign on the information counter, walked over to the next window, then called out a number. Mine!
