Aaah, so that is where the choice lies. Nate wanting to be with Trudy, but having no connection with the seventh graders so knows he would have more fun at the other party … At least I’d guess.@aflhc1984 Nate is holding his invite, Trudy just allready asked him to come with her.

Ah, This is a hard decision. I would choose Trudy as in the comics Nate isn’t close with Dee-Dee. @ladybug2013 you are right, Mr Peirce has stated he will eventually bring the novel characters into the comics.

7/10, a thrilling addition to our storyline. Would love to see Dee Dee mentioned in these comments more often. Mayhaps a romantic interest? Wouldn’t want to break Trudy’s heart into a million tiny pieces like my ex did to me, LOL. This strip was a real #TBT to sixth grade, when I had no friends. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s strip! :)
