Around here, if you drop of anything outside a charity, and someone gets caught taking from it, you can get arrested. Sluggo should know better than to steal from charity.
Generally, if it’s on the curb, it’s fair game, for which private eyes are thankful. Put in a donation location, probably not. Maybe Sluggo only borrowed it, since he doesn’t appear to play that kind of guitar. If he actually ever plays it.
