    I don’t understand the issue either. You take bites of your hamburger and then dip your fries in ketchup and eat a few of those. And then you go back to your hamburger and repeat. Putting it all together saves time, although maybe not since your bites will be smaller with the huge sandwich.

    Ground beef topped with potatoes and veggies (tomato sauce – ketchup). Sounds like a Shepard’s pie on a roll.

    I remember once in elementary school the cafateria had peanut butter sandwiches with a pickle on the side, one of the kids I was eating with dared me to put the pickle in my sandwich and eat the whole thing. I actually liked the taste, but the other kid thought I was even wierder than usual.
