Gladys: You put your french fries on top of your hamburger?
Gladys: That's gross!
Wilberforce: Why? It's all goin' to the same place in my tummy anyway!
I don’t understand the issue either. You take bites of your hamburger and then dip your fries in ketchup and eat a few of those. And then you go back to your hamburger and repeat. Putting it all together saves time, although maybe not since your bites will be smaller with the huge sandwich.
I remember once in elementary school the cafateria had peanut butter sandwiches with a pickle on the side, one of the kids I was eating with dared me to put the pickle in my sandwich and eat the whole thing. I actually liked the taste, but the other kid thought I was even wierder than usual.

And (as a learning-point for Wilberforce), many vegetarian “burgers” (especially in India) are heavily made from spuds….

Potatoes & ground beef are delicious together. Something must be wrong with that woman.

Ground beef topped with potatoes and veggies (tomato sauce – ketchup). Sounds like a Shepard’s pie on a roll.

To each their own, I know people who put potato chips on their burgers
