The headaches are caffeine withdrawal symptoms. I learned that I can’t use Excedrin because it has caffeine in it… and if I take it for two or three days in a row, I will get headaches from not taking it. So I switched to a different pain reliever that does not add caffeine to its product.

I tried that. I didn’t get any more sleep than before and had headaches every night.
