Monty by Jim Meddick for February 15, 2016
Transcript:
Ten US dollars for a hand carved bowl? Really, sir? Let's say five and throw in a set of salad tongs... Good Lord! What's this? Shoo piggy! Away from my bag! Shoo! Shoo! Snort snort I enjoy bargaining down impoverished paddlers as much as the next tourist, but when their free range livestock go on a rampage and ruin a perfectly good Starbucks pecan tart... That is when negotiations break down!

Jarvis’s expression is stoic all the time but he must have murderous thoughts about Sedgwick!then again, maybe he’s craving a pecan tart himself.

Yay, Piggy!Maybe Jarvis could gently nudge Little Master into some introspection….Nah. Sedgie"s sense of Self is invulnerable.

Someone call me back when this little punk is finally written out of the strip once and for all. Or does Mr. Meddick use this as a diversion for himself from keeping up with Monty and the rest of the cast about whom we care? Because every time this punk shows up, it’s a week or two or more before the strip’s worth reading again. He has no connection to the rest of the Monty world.

Everyone bashing Sedgie needs to lighten up. I find him and Jarvis hysterical. And they are in Monty’s world. We’ve seen some cross-overs with Fleshy involved.
