At least the Republicans have a candidate of color. Democrats will never move forward into the 21st century like they did.Oh wait, look at the President. Was he black all this time?
Mr. Ramirez knows whereof he scrawls; He has only one story line. Over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.
In checking one of the sources, I found this site and wonder if this is just an opinion about townhall.com or is it truly biased? http://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Townhall.com
So is Ramirez suggesting that each party in each presidential primary have a set quota of minority candidates? He might want to second think that one since the GOP will blow through their minority candidates in one election cycle.

Diversity for the sake of diversity is flat stupid. It degrades society and it degrades those chosen because of their supposed diversity. Merit, intelligence, education, experience, and integrity are all that should count.
Not to mention, Cavan, that the Dems have the most diverse crowd of qualified candidates ever: qualified middle-aged white guy, ex-elected official; multi-elected Senators —old guy who is Jewish and woman who is also ex-sec of state. Just because they were all born in America shouldn’t count against them!

Do you cons seriously think you’ll ever nominate a woman, a Catholic or an African-American? They’re just window dressing for old-idea male WASPS.
